Notice Requirements
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Post-Cancellation Access
Upon cancellation and the end of your paid billing period, your access to the CRM, marketing automation tools, and associated services will be terminated. We are not responsible for maintaining or exporting your data post-cancellation.
Domain Ownership
If Digitalia Solution purchases a domain on behalf of a client:
- ownership terms must be defined

- management access may change after cancellation
Website / Platform / System Ownership
Digitalia Solution provides clients with access to websites, automation systems, CRM functionality, workflows, communication systems, hosting infrastructure, and related business tools as part of an ongoing subscription service.
Because many elements of the system operate through proprietary platforms, licensed software, hosting environments, automation structures, and infrastructure, certain components cannot be exported or transferred outside of the Digitalia Solution environment.
Upon cancellation of services:
- Websites hosted through Digitalia Solution may be deactivated and removed from active hosting environments
- CRM systems may be disabled
- Workflows may be disabled
- Automations may be disabled
- AI systems may be disabled
- Phone systems may be disabled
- SMS systems may be disabled
- Integrations may be disabled

- Their domain name (if purchased or transferred into client ownership)
- Leads generated through the system
- Customer contact information

Digitalia Solution retains ownership of:

IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:
Digitalia Solution provides access to a managed business system and software environment rather than selling standalone transferable software products. Certain platform features and structures are technically restricted from export or transfer due to third-party platform limitations and software architecture.
Upon cancellation, client websites built and hosted through Digitalia Solution may no longer remain active unless separate arrangements are made. The ongoing subscription includes hosting, system infrastructure, software licensing, automation functionality, and supporting technologies required for operation.
Client acknowledges that proprietary systems, workflows, snapshots, automations, hosting structures, and platform environments are subscription-based systems and are not transferable products.
