You retain full ownership of:
- business name
- logos
- client-created content
Digitalia Solution Ownership
Digitalia Solution retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, workflows, snapshots, processes, and internal frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in a custom development agreement, Digitalia Solution retains all rights, title, and interest in and to:
- templates
- snapshots
- workflows
- automation systems
- CRM structures
- internal processes
- proprietary systems
- Website designs and structural layouts
- Custom code and scripts
License to Use
Upon full payment of applicable subscription or service fees, Digitalia Solution grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided systems and designs for your business operations during the term of your active subscription. This license terminates upon cancellation of services.
